SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to process orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Items will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post.
Christmas 2017 Delivery times
1. Within the same state
- Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs: allow 2 business days for delivery
- Between a metropolitan area of capital city and a rural location: up to 4 business days
- Between rural locations: up to 5 business days
- Between Sydney/Brisbane, Sydney/Melbourne, Melbourne/Canberra or Melbourne/Adelaide: allow 2-3 business days
- Between Sydney/Adelaide, Melbourne/Brisbane, Melbourne/Tasmania or Adelaide/Canberra: allow 3-4 business days
- Between other capital cities: allow 5-6 business days
3. International Deliveries
- International delivery times can vary a lot. It depends on where your item is going, and what type of postage you’ve used to send it. Your best bet is to use our delivery times calculator.
All items will be shipped by Australia Post and are subject to Australia Post delivery schedules. For estimated delivery times to your area, please visit their website.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing an Australia Post tracking order which you can use to follow the progress of your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India and Japan.

We offer a 30-day return policy as long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging), or if the item is faulty.
SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The returns process
In the event that you require an exchange or refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number for approval.
Once your return has been approved, send your item(s) to:

We recommend you use a postal/delivery service with a tracking facility. Once you have sent the package, email us the tracking number at email@example.com.
We will send the replacement product once your returned goods have been received and processed at our Sydney warehouse.
For the first return or exchange on each order we will ship any replacement item(s) free of charge if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) - but not for an incorrect size or change of mind.
You will be responsible for costs involved with posting the item(s) to our Sydney warehouse. If a further exchange on the same order is requested, we will charge standard shipping rates to send the replacement item(s) to you.
Faulty items may be returned at no cost to you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a postage paid satchel.
SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you would like to exchange your original order for a sale item, please be aware that it may be sold out by the time the return is received. To ensure your exchange can be processed quickly, please list alternative choices in order of preference, or select an item that is not on sale.
Returns for international orders
International orders can be returned using the instructions above. International customers will be responsible for the cost of posting the item(s) to Australia.
All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
A signature is required upon delivery for all C&H orders. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, local postal guidelines will apply.
C&H do not accept responsibility for local postal guidelines or for specific instructions by customers to leave packages unattended at delivery locations.X
