Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch on help@campbellandhall.com

What does it mean when my parcel is 'in transit'?

This means that your item is on its way to you. It has been dispatched by Campbell & Hall and received by Australia Post, but it has not yet been delivered.

How do I track my order?

Where does Campbell & Hall ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India and Japan.

How much does shipping cost?

Australia:
$10 standard shipping on orders under $100
FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 and over

New Zealand:
$10 shipping on orders under $100
FREE shipping on orders of $100 and over

International (see countries above):
$20 standard shipping

Can I change my order?

If you change your mind before we have dispatched your order, you can contact us onĀ help@campbellandhall.com with the details of the changes.

If you have received a dispatch email from us, it means your item(s) are already on their way to you and the current order cannot be changed. If this is the case, simply wait until your parcel arrives, then make an exchange following our returns process here.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 90-day return policy as long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging), or if the item is faulty.

SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
